Support the Equine Initiative Discretionary Fund

UK Ag Equine Programs is an overarching framework for all things equine at the University of Kentucky, including a popular undergraduate degree program, equine-related student organizations, cutting-edge equine research and standard-setting outreach efforts. The Equine Initiative is a partnership between the college and the horse industry, was established through efforts of the Gluck Equine Research Foundation, the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association/Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders, and College of Agriculture faculty and administrators. The initiative is focused on ensuring that ongoing UK programs are more responsive to the daily needs of the equine industry and will be conducted in concert with the Kentucky Equine Education Project (KEEP) and numerous other equine organizations in Kentucky.

Gifts to the Equine Initiative Discretionary Fund can supplement existing operating budgets or provide revenue that can be directed toward current opportunities such as scholarships, faculty and unrestricted support for the UK Ag Equine Initiative. Your valuable support allows the College to be flexible, responsive and demonstrate the truth that there is power in numbers.

You can support the Equine Initiative Discretionary Fund on this page. If you'd like to give to another fund that is not listed, please use the search box in the upper right of this page and type in the desired fund to make your gift. We are grateful for your support!
